Rasberry’s Inverse Condemnation Primer & Recent Case Update

Francis P. (“Razz”) Rasberry, Jr. is a Deputy City Attorney in the Raleigh City Attorney’s Office and an expert in the law of eminent domain.  He is a beloved veteran of the condemnation bar, in large part because over his 33 years with the City Attorney’s Office, Razz has not only tried condemnation cases, but has written and lectured extensively on eminent domain. Most recently, in August, 2010, he spoke at the North Carolina Municipal Attorney’s Association Summer Conference, delivering his 20-page paper, “Primer on the Law of Inverse Condemnation and Recent Case Update”.  Razz has been kind enough to share it on CarolinaCondemnationLaw.com.  It is, of course, a must-read.
